KAMAP offers a diverse range of one, two and three bedroom apartments, townhouses and duplexes located throughout Isla Vista. In addition to large one and two bedroom apartments, KAMAP also offers a diverse selection of unique "split floor plan" units, which for two people are all split into two individual singles, and for four people are all split into either two individual singles and a large double or four individual singles. Most of our units have been completely remodeled in the last 2 to 3 years, and all are in excellent shape.
All of our apartments come with FREE High Speed Internet (12mbps), COX Cable TV, Water, Trash/Recycling and at least one Assigned (included) Parking spot (note: the Duplex's pay for their own water). Some units additionally come with free use washers/dryers, garages, multiple balcony's or patios and fenced yards (note: all of the duplexes come with in house free use washers/dryers as well as tons of off street parking).

You can also stop by our office which is conveniently located across the street from Freebirds (next to Starbucks) on the corner of Cordoba Rd. and Embarcadero Del Norte. At KAMAP there is NO application fee, NO interview process and NO waiting period. The apartments and houses are simply leased on a first come, first serve basis.
