The lease form included on this website is a basic framework for you to use as a resource - NOT AS A LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT.
Many of the complexes have specific differences from the lease provided. Some buildings have gas and electric while others are
all electric. Duplexes pay for water. Please ask the KAMAP management staff about specific lease instructions for your unit.
